These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Concierge Compass governing your use of the Concierge Compass app (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian’s permission.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own travel planning, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.
You retain ownership of the content you create (trips, notes, documents, saved places, etc.). By sharing content publicly or via a share link, you grant us a license to host, store, and display that content to the users you share it with or, for public content, to other users of the App. You are responsible for the content you create and share and confirm you have the rights to it.
You agree not to use the App to post or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Where the App lets users see each other’s content, you can report content and block users; we will review reports and may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App uses third-party services (including Google Maps, OpenAI, and weather data). Place information, photos, ratings, AI-generated suggestions, and forecasts are provided for convenience, may be inaccurate or out of date, and are not guarantees. Always verify important details (such as opening hours, bookings, prices, and travel requirements) directly. Your use of third-party content may also be subject to those providers’ terms.
The App, its design, and its branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information in it is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information in the App or from travel decisions you make. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
